Shipping Policy

At The Mystery Box Co., we’re committed to getting your surprise-filled packages delivered quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing for shipment. During periods of high volume (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time & Method
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and package size.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for consistency, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

  • Holidays or high-volume order periods
    Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery time is outside of our control. We encourage you to check your tracking information for updates directly from the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If your package is returned or marked as undeliverable, please contact us at support@themysteryboxco.com so we can assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. While we’re not liable for issues caused by the shipping carrier, we’ll do everything we can to help file a claim or offer support.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

At The Mystery Box Co., each box is packed with unclaimed mail, undeliverable packages, overstock items, customer returns, and other inventory sourced through liquidation and recovery channels. As such, the exact contents of each box are unknown prior to shipping — and part of the excitement comes from the element of surprise.

Because of this unpredictability, and because all items are sold “as is,” we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances — regardless of item condition, dissatisfaction with contents, or duplicate items. This policy applies to all customers and all orders, without exception.

We are completely transparent about the nature of our inventory: some items may arrive new and unopened, while others may be damaged, incomplete, or non-functional. This is reflected in our pricing and our product descriptions. By purchasing from The Mystery Box Co., you agree to accept all items in the condition they arrive — whether perfect or imperfect.

If a package arrives damaged in transit (for example, crushed or opened during delivery), we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for shipping delays, damage caused in transit, or missing items once a package has left our facility.
